Monthly Meeting- 29th Nov.,2015


Dear All,

The captioned meeting was attended by the members in large numbers.

The members who retired in class III and class IV category shall now also get a new-year diary from the

ensuing year.

On pension revision owing to the grand success of mass casual leave on 19th Nov.,2015 there is a hope for

 some good news by the end of the year.

Mass Casual Leave by RBI Staff on 19th Nov.,2015


FLASH—IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENTS TODAY.

THE MASS CASUAL LEAVE WAS A GRAND SUCCESS.

AT 8 A M THE RTGS WAS JAMMED AND THIS DEVELOPED INTO A CRISIS AS THOUSANDS OF CRORES OF RUPEES TRANSACTIONS COULD NOT MATERIALISE.

RBI INFORMED G O I.

THEY APPEALED TO GOVERNOR WHO TOLD THEM BRUTALLY
 “ IT IS YOUR CREATION. THE CRISIS IS BECAUSE OF YOU”.

GOVERNMENT ADVISED GOVERNOR TO SOMEHOW RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND RESUME RTGS BY 11 A.M.

GOVERNOR CALLED NETAS AND THEY DEMANDED TWO THINGS—RESOLVE WITHIN A TIME FRAME—SAY ONE MONTH—BY DECEMBER.

THERE IS ALSO A POSSIBILITY OF INTERIM  RELIEF.

AFTER THIS ASSURANCE RTGS WAS RESUMED AT 11 A.M

Bank's Dispensary Facilities for retired employees

MAFS- Bank's Dispensary Facilities for retired employees

Bank's retired employees who are members of MAFS are being extended dispensary facilities as
per instructions issued vide para             12   of Master Circular on MAFS         2015    (CO.HRMD.No.G
28/81/19.01.00/2015-16       dated July      01,   2015). It has been brought to our notice by the
representatives of the retired employees that the retirees are facing problems in consulting the BMO/BMCs, getting medicines, etc.
2. You are advised to convene regular half yearly/quarterly meetings with the representatives of
the retired employees associations to resolve local issues like availability of medicines (as per list
of medicines approved by local drug committee), issue of credit slips, services rendered by the
BMO/BMCs, etc.
3. In order to facilitate retired employees to furnish their feedback/grievance etc. it has been decided to introduce suggestions/complaints register in each full-fledged dispensary. Regular monitoring of the same may be done to resolve the local issues, if any. For policy related issues a reference may be made to central office.

4. It may be ensured that basic facilities such as wheel chair, stretchers, etc. are readily available at the dispensaries. Arrangements may also be made to display permanently phone numbers of ambulance services, which can be contacted in case of emergencies.

5. The above instructions may please be brought to the notice of all concerned.

Life Certificate

Dear All,

It is November of this year and we have to give our life certificate to the Bank for continuation of pension.

You all are requested to go to the Bank in a couple of days and show yourself to the pension authorities.

They will do the need full.
