Dear All,

As per our unhappy past experience with the Insurance company and TPAs regarding issue of new ID cards, and as the Bank has used the phrase "in due course" instead of prescribing a time limit for issue of new ID cards, retirees may remain vigilant, and in case they do not receive new ID cards within 3 weeks, they should contact the Relationship Managers concerned for immediate issue of ID cards along with details of Hospitals empanelled.

Pension Credit Message

Dear All,

Till now pension was paid through IES software of the Bank. Now the office has shifted to a new program known as "SAMADHAAN" and in it there is a facility to give pensioners information on pension credit through E-Mail ID and also on Mobile Number.

To avail of this facility member pensioners are requested to send / forward their details on the BLOG E-mail address viz  rbijaipur@gmail.com in the format given below as required by the office.

Members can even give their particulars in the meeting scheduled on 30th August,2015 to Sh: B.M.Agrawal.

The compiled information shall be periodically forwarded to the pension desk in due course.

Members of MAFS - Renewal for the period August 15,2015 - August 14,2016

Group Medi-claim Policy - 2015-16- Salient Features
The Policy covers expenses of
~ Hospitalization (room Charges, Doctors/surgeons fees, ICU/lCCU, Medicines,
pathology reports, etc.) on a reimbursement/cashless basis, incurred as a result
of illness and/or accidents as an inpatient in a recognised hospital.
~ Dental treatment following an injury/accident
~ Hospitalization expenses incurred in connection with accidents caused due to
terrorism
~ Pre/Post Hospitalization expenses are covered for 30 & 60 days respectively
~ Standard day care procedures (140+) indicative list of procedures as mentioned
in Annex IV.
