Dear All,
We have read with great interest the cause of pensioners taken up by association of retired people from Jaipur office. Your representation to Shri Meghwal jee gives some hope now. We do not know why this issue is being snowballed for so long..
There are also people who do not have pension. You will recall that prior to change in family pension and 20 year rule - many did not opt for pension as the PF interest rate was much better than taking a meagre famuily pension in case of untimely death. Now the Govt has changed the terms of pension most beneficially but reduced the PF interest rate sharply. I am sure that if the pension option is opened and updation granted, many RBItes will take VRS for good to lead peaceful retired lives. Please make this understand to higher ups that this will help RBI to cut costs also which the govt also wants.
This calls for opening of pension option along with updation which is our right. Our United Forum has not been able to do anything- and the matter will have to be pursued by your active members with Shri Meghwal jee. Otherwise there may may not be any hope left for now.
I am sure that both these issues will be taken up by your association going forward. We have been waiting for this for many years.

Independence Day
Dear All,
The Jaipur office of Reserve Bank of India has invited all retirees to participate in the ensuing
Independence Day celebrations at the office premises on 15th August,2016.
All are requested to arrive at the venue at 8.30 A.M. All office bearers of RBREA are requested to
participate positively.
Flag hoisting will take place at 9.00 A.M. followed by a cultural program of one hour followed by
brunch.
