Annual Health Check-Up

Medical Assistance Fund Scheme (MAFS)-Annual Health Check -Up Scheme for Retired Employees

Please refer to the circular CO HRDD. No. G-70/4319/19.01.00/2012-13 dated January 01, 2013 on the captioned subject.

2. In partial modification thereof, it has been decided to enhance the consolidated amount paid
towards Annual Health Check-up to all retired employees who are members of MAF Scheme for self/spouse on an annual basis as under:-

Officers in Grade A, B & C                                                                         5850/-

Officers in Grade D,E & F                                                                           6500/-

            The revised rates will be applicable from July 01,2015
