Msg recd in respect of pension updation

Dear All,

Msg recd in respect of pension updation.

Today 22/04/2016 under the leadership of Shri K Lakshma Reddy, Banking & Insurance in-charge and Vice President of Central BMS as scheduled met Finance Minister, Government of India at North Block in his office. We were enthused, when he himself raised the issue of pension revision and also issues related to RBI. He expressed his displeasure for not giving recognition to AIRBWO inspite of continuous service to sizable members in RBI since fifty years. I being President of AIRBWO, appraised  him about Nexus between Management & it's leftist leaned trade unions, even though we achieved majority in some centers in the past for quiet a some time and also management's direct support in scuttling our lead by offering pea nuts. I was able to put forth, how in Delhi Office, when we achieved majority, from Central office the then ED & DGM of HRMD played dirty tricks in demolishing majority to please their pet union. I told Honble Minister, RBI is also another JNU of this country. Five pages of  Memorandum submitted along with enclosures, including vital information received under RTI act from RBI, high Court orders, etc. Shri Jayanth Sinhaji, asked the hitch coming in the way of pension revision and opening of pension. I explained him that RBI is having around Rs17000 crores as pension corpus fund and an average Rs 517 croress is being spent for pension payment. We appraised him that, only 5% staff then didn't opt due to misleading by the same leftist unions who vigorously campaigned against pension. Their hypocrisy of opting pension secretly, on the other hand misleading innocent members exposed during meeting with Honble Minister.
Honble Minister was kind enough in assuring us in resolving this major issue and also directed his official's in the meeting to view this on priority. He expressed displeasure for the absence of RBI official Representing  the management even though instructed to present in the meeting.
Full details of the memorandum, you can send your e mail address, if interested,
