A gist of circular effecting employees who retired after 01.01.2016.
Gratuity will be payable to employees at the rate of one month's Pay plus Dearness Allowance for every completed year of service or part thereof in excess of 6 months, subject to a maximum of 20
months' Pay plus Dearness Allowance or ~18,00,000/- whichever is less, for first 20 years of service.
