Dear All,

We are glad to share the information that our member and our Blog master Shri O.P.Agrawal (Jodhpur wala) demonstrated the method and ways of speaking in hindi and that text getting typed in
hindi in both computers and mobiles to an august gathering of all serving HOD's and the Regional
Director of the Bank in the conference room on 7th February, 2017.

Many participants applied and tested the methods live on computers as well as their mobiles.

Shri Agrawal was applauded for his efforts by all present.

Banks EKP (Portal Website) also published the news with photographs.

Arrears

Dear All,

The Bank has started crediting various arrears amounts to employees retiring post October,2011.

The amounts are being credited to society accounts of the employees.

The amount payable as gratuity arrears will be credited on 17.02.2017 in society accounts.

All member beneficiaries are requested to contribute a token amount of rupees 500/- to be spent on a

gala outing. The amount can be handed over to the treasurer sh. B.M.Agrawal.

Gratuity

Dear All,

A gist of circular effecting employees who retired after 01.01.2016.


Gratuity will be payable to employees at the rate of one month's Pay plus Dearness Allowance for every completed year of service or part thereof in excess of 6 months, subject to a maximum of 20
months' Pay plus Dearness Allowance or ~18,00,000/- whichever is less, for first 20 years of service.

Life Certificate

Dear All,

As you all are aware pension now is being paid through samadhan software by the Bank.

In every November retirees are required to produce a life certificate to the office for continuation of pension. In earlier years it was OK to submit the same by the end of November,but,now in samadhan all are required to submit the same without fail by 15th November,2016. They should also as said earlier to provide their mobile numbers and email address to the office for intimation of pension payment on mobile and pension slips in email.

Pension

Dear All,

Pension is being paid through Samadhan application by the Bank from October, 2016.

Due to this pensioners are now receiving pension payment date in advance by the application. It also sends pension slip by email. Many have received either or both the information and there are also others who have received none information. To circumvent this pensioners are advised to give details of both to the Bank at the pension desk while submitting their life certificate in November, 2016. The details will be updated and from the next months pension information via both will be received by them.

RBI सेंट्रल बोर्ड मीटिंग

आज कानपुर में Rbi के सेंट्रल बोर्ड की मीटिंग हो रही है।
पिछले कई सालों से बोर्ड के मीटिंग स्थल पर एक
कार्यक्रम परम्परा बन गया था जिसमें वृद्ध और अति वृद्ध रिटायरीज़ कांपते हाथों में तख्ती (play cards) लिए मूर्तियों की तरह तबतक मौन खड़े रहते थे जब तक डा.रघुराम राजन शाही अंदाज़ में चलते चलते मुस्कुराते हुए किसी मूर्ति के सामने रुक नहीं जाते थे।डा.राजन की फ़रेबी मुस्कान से कुछ मूर्तियां अपने को धन्य समझने लगतीं थीं और आशान्वित हो जाती थीं।मूर्तियां भी मुस्कुरा देतीं थीं।इसी तरह डा.राजन ने 3 साल काट दिए।

आज ऐसा कोई कार्यक्रम नहीं हुआ।

इसका कारण यह समझा जा रहा है कि
नए गवर्नर के सामने प्रदर्शन करने के पहले उनको कुछ वक़्त दिया जाना ज़रूरी है।
बोर्ड की बैठक शुरू होने के पहले 9.30 बजे प्रातः कानपुर कार्यालय के कार्यरत और सेवानिवृत्त कर्मचारियों के हर संगठन के दो दो प्रतिनिधियों को गवर्नर डा.उर्जित पटेल से एक सामूहिक रूप से भेंट करने की अनुमति दी गयी।हर संगठन के एक पदाधिकारी को बोलने का अवसर दिया गया। लगभग हर संगठन ने ज्ञापन भी सौंपा।
करीब करीब सभी प्रतिनिधियों ने पेंशन अपडेशन व ऑप्शन खोले जाने की मांग दोहराई।

गवर्नर महोदय ने धैर्यपूर्वक सबकी बात सुनी।

अपने जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि उन्हें आये हुए अभी कुछ ही समय हुआ है और वह इस मसले को पूरी तरह समझने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।

इसके पहले डा.उर्जित पटेल कल शाम को लखनऊ एयरपोर्ट पहुंचे।समाचार पत्रों की खबर के मुताबिक एयरपोर्ट पर कानपुर कार्यालय के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक ने उनको रिसीव किया।
लखनऊ के स्थानीय समाचारपत्रों के अनुसार
डा.पटेल ने कानपुर के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक की आधिकारिक कार में बैठने से इंकार कर दिया।एक आम आदमी की तरह उन्होंने एयरपोर्ट से इनोवा टैक्सी की और उसी से कानपुर स्थित होटल पहुंचे।
मजेदार बात यह रही कि जब गवर्नर महोदय होटल पहुंचे तो प्रशासनिक अधिकारी उनको पहचान ही नहीं सके।जब Rbi के कुछ अधिकारियों ने आगे बढ़कर उनका स्वागत किया तो हलचल मच गयी।
होटल प्रबन्धन ने कानपुर की परम्परा के अनुसार भव्य स्वागत करने का कार्यक्रम बनाया था परंतु उन्होंने किसी तरह का बुके या औपचारिक स्वागत से पहले ही इनकार कर दिया था।इसलिये सादगी से होटल प्रबन्धन ने उनका तिलक किया जिसे उन्होंने स्वीकार कर लिया।लिफ्ट में चढ़ने के पहले स्टाफ ने उनका बैग उनके हाथ से लेने का अनुरोध किया लेकिन यह कहते हुए मना कर दिया कि अभी
मैं बहुत बूढ़ा नहीं हुआ हूँ।
प्रेस रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक पूरे देश की अर्थव्यवस्था की कमान सँभालने वाली हस्ती का इतना सरल अंदाज़ और सादगी देखकर लोग हैरत में पड़ गए।

उपर्युक्त से लगता है कि डा.पटेल ईमानदारी से पेंशन के मसले में प्रयास करेंगे।
इसी उम्मीद में हम भी कुछ दिन और जी लेंगे।
